By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to ensure clear communication, mutual respect, and a smooth commission process for both the client and the artist.

General Guidelines

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request for any reason. All communication is expected to remain respectful and professional throughout the process. These terms are subject to change at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the most current version before commissioning.

Payment

Payment is required in full before work begins unless another arrangement has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are to be made through invoice, and work will not begin until the full payment has been successfully received.

Refund Policy

Clients may request a full refund if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of completion. Refunds will not be provided after the final artwork has been completed and delivered. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, current workload, and personal circumstances. Delays may occasionally occur. If significant delays happen, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Revisions

Clients are encouraged to request changes during the sketch or early work-in-progress stages. Minor revisions are typically included; however, excessive or major revisions requested after rendering or completion may incur additional charges. I reserve the right to refuse unreasonable revision requests. Excessive revision requests from inability to properly convey a desired outcome may result in the cancellation of your commission, and a partial or full refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Usage Rights

Commissioned artwork is intended for personal use unless commercial rights have been explicitly discussed and purchased separately. Clients may use the artwork for personal profiles, banners, wallpapers, and social media posts as long as proper credit is provided when possible. Clients may not claim the artwork as their own, remove signatures or watermarks, resell the artwork, use it for commercial purposes without permission. You may use your commissioned artwork for AI training datasets if you wish to do so.

Usage Rights

I retain full copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This includes the right to display commissioned work in portfolios, galleries, social media, advertisements, or promotional materials. Private commissions may be acquired for an additional fee. Clients may not reproduce or commercially distribute the artwork without prior written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear references, descriptions, and any necessary information before work begins. I primarily conduct business in English, but I can also speak Spanish if necessary. Delays in communication or missing information may impact turnaround times. By submitting references, the client confirms they have the right to use any characters, designs, or materials included in the commission request.

Content Restrictions

I will draw a variety of subjects including original characters, fanart, anthro/furry characters, and both SFW / NSFW themes depending on the request. However, I reserve the right to refuse commissions involving hateful content, illegal material, explicit depictions involving minors, excessive gore, or any content I am personally uncomfortable creating. If you have any questions regarding more extreme fetishes, please don't hesitate to ask me.

Delivery

Final artwork will be delivered digitally through Discord. High-resolution image files will be provided unless otherwise specified. Editable or source files are not included.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving completed artwork. If there is an issue with the commission, clients are expected to contact me directly so the matter can be resolved professionally. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in refusal of future service and public blacklisting from future commissions.

AI-Assisted Workflow Disclaimer

The majority of the artwork produced through my commission process is created manually by me, including the general composition, sketching, painting decisions, corrections, and final artistic direction. In some cases, I use a custom AI-assisted rendering workflow trained exclusively on my own existing artwork and artistic style to help streamline portions of the rendering process, improve production efficiency, and to maintain visual consistency across completed pieces. Approximately 90% of the creative and technical work involved in each commission is completed directly by me.This workflow is used solely as a production aid and does not replace my role as the artist. All final artwork is personally reviewed, refined, and finalized by me before delivery. No third-party copyrighted artwork is intentionally replicated or imitated through this process.
